Experiences

We want to share our most genuine regional flavours with you. To do so, we rely on the experienced hands of Dona Manuela, who makes the tastiest rustic delicacies on a hearth on the floor; and gives them to us to taste; and Zé Grilo, who can show you how to make real Alentejo bread baked in a wood-fired oven. And then there’s a host of other people, all of them ambassadors for the Alentejo, and who all collaborate with us on a daily basis. From starters to main courses and from desserts to tasty nibbles, whatever you choose, you can be sure it will be a delicious experience.
